Job summary

BlueNote Search seeks a Head of Construction for a growing industrial contractor in Knoxville, TN. This role leads and improves the execution of all projects, providing strategic leadership to the Project Delivery Department to ensure safety, profitability, and on-time delivery.

"The Head of Construction is responsible for leading and continuously improving the execution of all projects across the firm. This role provides strategic leadership to the Project Delivery Department, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

The Head of Construction develops and leads Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, BIM personnel, and other project support functions while partnering closely with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting, and Executive Leadership. This position drives accountability, consistency, communication, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle."
