Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ECU hardware development.
• Experience sourcing, cost management, and supplier coordination.
• Proven ability to lead hardware teams and manage change across programs.
• Familiarity with wireless connectivity/telematics hardware.
• Strong understanding of RF, power, security, and regulatory aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of hardware design release engineers for connectivity modules.
• Drive specifications for connectivity components (performance, RF, power, security, regulatory).
• Own sourcing, ECRs, and alignment with Product Cost Engineering for connectivity hardware.
• Lead packaging and integration of hardware into vehicle platforms with thermal and EMC considerations.
• Manage BoM and Tier-N activities, including design reviews and risk tracking.
• Coordinate ICD/ICDm and ensure alignment with system and vehicle requirements.
