Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama seeks a senior data analytics leader to drive fleet monitoring analytics and AI-driven tool evolution. You will apply AI and advanced analytics to vehicle data from JARVIS and guide system improvements.

You will mentor junior engineers across North America, define KPIs, oversee data publication, and collaborate with Data Science teams to enable proactive fleet optimization and safety decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, AI, CS, EE or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in analytics or data science.
• Experience with Genie, AI/ML tools, Python code, and advanced data analytics.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations and vehicle signals for KPI development.
• Knowledge of vehicle electronic architectures and signal variations across fleets.

Responsibilities

• Identify fleets in the region and determine BDCs and tracking signals.
• Define and monitor KPIs for fleet monitoring.
• Use AI, ML, and data analytics tools to process JARVIS vehicle data and identify trends and insights.
• Organize pre-production sample testing with Data Science teams after first vehicle is equipped.
• Publish fleet data and ensure it is available within required systems.
• Participate in weekly fleet-management meetings and coordinate issue resolution with local teams.
• Review mileage data, summarize issues, and recommend improvements.
• Support JARVIS deployment and test new features and KPIs.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to junior engineers in the U.S. and North America.
