Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, and seeks a nonpartisan leader to manage its congressional relations, budget strategy, and outside validation. This role sits within the Government Relations pillar and reports one direct line, with growth in the Legislative Branch team over time.

You will oversee outreach to committees, staff, and policymakers, coordinating with Budget and Resourcing experts to maintain alignment with Hadrian's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Career spanning congressional staff and corporate government affairs leadership.
• Track record translating policy priorities into legislative language.
• Ability to build relationships with congressional offices across the spectrum.
• Experience designing stakeholder outreach plans or political giving strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including speechwriting.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with congressional leadership, committees, and staff.
• Set legislative strategy for Hadrian's priorities in relevant legislation.
• Own day-to-day congressional outreach and keep the broader team informed.
• Coordinate with senior Government Relations leadership to align Hill strategy.
• Manage external lobbying consultants and extend Hadrian's congressional reach.
