The role focuses on shaping the Pentagon and OMB budget process and collaborating with Congressional leadership.

You will translate complex budget dynamics for Hadrian’s executive team, manage opportunities, and collaborate across executive and legislative branches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in defense budget process.
• Experience with budget build, apportionment, and reprogramming.
• Strong relationships across the Pentagon and the Hill.
• Ability to translate budget detail to executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape the budget build inside the Pentagon and OMB.
• Engage with congressional leadership and committees.
• Advise on budget execution and reprogramming.
• Prepare materials for board and investors.
