Hadrian Automation is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The Growth Finance role sits at the front of every program, pricing pursuits, shaping deals, and structuring partnerships with government and commercial customers.

You’ll develop models, test assumptions, and present recommendations to leadership. The team is small with a fast path to owning deals, and you will work directly with Hadrian’s executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including JV economics, term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• 5–8 years in progressive Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Hedge Fund experience.
• Familiarity with A&D and advanced-manufacturing markets and players.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic project work spanning transactions, capital markets activities, market research, new business model evaluations, and other business critical initiatives.
• Develop and own dynamic financial models and analyses.
• Create and present high-quality Exec and Board-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance.
• Serve as a partner to FP&A, aligning Special Projects and M&A models with broader corporate reporting.”
• Build complex financial models from a blank page, including cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.
