Job summary

Pragmatike is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Compute Team responsible for core backend services. You will mentor approximately 8 engineers and stay hands-on with production code while guiding architectural decisions.

This is a key role for a technical leader with strong experience in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and engineering management. The position is fully remote and aligned with the European time zone.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Strong expertise with AWS cloud services, EC2, ECS, and Lambda.
• Experience with building and orchestrating distributed backend systems.
