Royalty Roofing USA seeks a General Manager to lead the satellite branch, driving overall leadership, sales performance, and financial success. You will steer strategic direction across sales, estimating, project management, service, production, safety, and administration.

The role reports to executive leadership and collaborates with headquarters to align with company standards while addressing local market needs. Success is measured by revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction leadership experience, preferably in commercial roofing.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility.
• Proven sales and business development success.
• Proficiency with CRM, job costing, scheduling, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, project management, safety, and field operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop all branch personnel including sales, estimating, project management, field operations, service, and administrative staff.
• Develop and execute the branch sales strategy to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profitability goals.
• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
