Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to be the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Analytics. You will own the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that enable a high-performing sales organization with Salesforce as the central operating platform.

This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, including end-to-end sales process ownership, governance frameworks, KPI reporting, and cross-functional project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in commercial operations or related roles.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and ability to synthesize insights.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM-driven governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales processes and Salesforce operations, including catalog, pricing rules, and forecasting cadences.
• Provide training, tools, and visibility to ramp reps and drive KPI-aligned performance.
• Map workflows across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve cross-functional friction.
• Define governance for commercial policy and territory/account assignment; lead audits.
