Job summary

Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Commercial Insights Manager to lead analytics programs, deliver insights, and drive client success. You will oversee high-quality reporting, shape analytics standards, and guide a team to optimize performance across client programs.

Collaborating with Operations, IT, and Client Services, you’ll translate data into actionable business recommendations, support KPI initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical services, healthcare analytics, patient services, or a related field.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or patient support services preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to clients or internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics strategies that support client and organizational objectives while driving measurable program impact.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality analytical insights and reporting for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and service delivery to enhance team efficiency and client value.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Insights professionals with performance feedback.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performing team culture focused on quality and innovation.
• Mentor team members to strengthen analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Serve as a primary analytics partner for assigned clients and oversee executive reporting and reviews.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent delivery and proactive communication.
