Job summary

Interior Climate Solutions (ICS) is seeking a senior estimator to own and run the estimating function for our national commercial HVAC/R platform. You’ll lead the department, quality‑check the team’s bids before they go to customers, and prepare complex high‑value estimates yourself.

You’ll partner with operations, purchasing and project management to keep pricing tight and current, standardize templates, and mentor estimators as the department grows in a fast‑moving national company.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial HVAC/R estimating experience across service and capital/replacement work.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and site surveys with confidence.
• Experience leading and mentoring an estimating team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating department - set the standard, process, and pace.
• Review and quality-check estimates from the team before customer delivery.
• Prepare complex high-value estimates: unit replacements, full refrigeration systems, chillers, and racks.
• Own turnaround to ensure fast, accurate quotes reach clients.
• Partner with operations, purchasing, and project management to keep pricing current.
• Standardize templates and pricing for defensible estimates.
• Develop and mentor estimators as the department grows.
