Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience working in production-based/fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to product strategy and development of new products.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Guides development of manufacturing process plan including staffing, materials, subcontracting, and equipment needs.
• Ensures all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing with other functions and suppliers for optimum utilization of resources.
• Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Manages administrative activities for effective shop operations and data reporting.
• Defines responsibilities of staff to accomplish business objectives.
• Trains employees to comply with policies and regulations.
