Job summary

Wizards of the Coast in Renton, WA, seeks a Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering to lead enterprise-scale AWS migrations, SRE, and FinOps, aligning cloud strategy with Hasbro and studio needs.

You will build a platform organization, govern multi-account structures, and partner with Cybersecurity to harden the cloud estate while delivering cost efficiency and strong governance. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering.

Qualifications

10+ years of infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
5+ years leading teams, including managers.
Proven track record owning enterprise-scale AWS environments and migrations.
Strong FinOps leadership and cloud budget management.
Security-focused collaboration with Cybersecurity and Identity teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year cloud strategy and roadmap with a self-service platform model.
Lead end-to-end on-premises to AWS migration and retain data centers.
Establish Site Reliability Engineering including SLOs, incident management, and DR/BCP for cloud workloads.
Own AWS multi-account structure, guardrails, tagging, and governance reporting.
Partner with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity; report on cost trends and account health.
