Hasbro is seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering to lead the move from on‑prem to AWS, oversee cloud platform engineering, data center services, and SRE functions across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast. You will drive multi‑year cloud strategy, governance, and FinOps with senior leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering with 5+ years leading teams.
Proven track record owning enterprise-scale AWS environments and large-scale migrations.
Deep AWS proficiency with governance, multi-account structures, and security posture.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year cloud strategy and roadmap.
Lead end-to-end on-premises to AWS migration.
Manage AWS multi-account structure and guardrails at scale.
Architect and operate a secure, cost-conscious cloud platform.
