Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Director to lead our IT Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance initiatives for a remote, FinTech environment. You will own cloud platforms, cybersecurity, operations, governance, and data protection across global teams.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, automating where possible, and maturing an IT organization to enable growth while maintaining security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, multi-tenant software, or technology environment strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, automation, and modern cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's cloud infrastructure, networking, IT operations, and security.
• Develop an integrated observability strategy across infrastructure, databases, APIs, and applications.
• Own SOC 2, SOX ITGC programs and ensure effective design and execution.
• Establish infra-as-code and automation practices; oversee AI infrastructure and governance.
