• 10+ years in business development or professional services leadership.
• 5+ years leading business development professionals.
• Experience in law firm or professional services preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing, profitability models, and client relationship management.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Advise firm leadership on client development and revenue growth.
• Coordinate BD strategies with Marketing and thought leadership.
• Identify expansion opportunities into new markets and services.
• Lead BD and Proposals teams with performance management.

• Oversee BD operations, tools, and processes.
• Lead proposal, pitch, and client pursuit efforts.
