Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience delivering projects and managing stakeholders.
• Track record of systemizing processes from 0 to 1.
• Experience mentoring and growing talent.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical and technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills navigating local city politics and large group settings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Source, hire, and mentor Client Strategists
• Partner with Head of Client Engineering to define swim lanes
• Partner with Platform Engineering and Product teams to identify tooling to build or buy
• Manage big picture relationships with government officials across the country
• Navigate internal teams to advocate for FSH and clients
• Own pre-sales demo processes to convince government clients of FSH's value
• Standardize documentation and onboarding processes
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing verticals and product categories
• Operate in ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly and focusing on what matters
• Present to, and sometimes on behalf of, your clients at local community events, conferences, and award ceremonies
