Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, social work, psychology or related human services field preferred.
• Clinical and managerial experience with adolescents and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two residential programs designed to support 12 adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Lead the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to design service plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Coordinate care across residential and educational settings and engage families.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD requirements and agency policies.
