Birch Family Services is seeking a supervisory professional to assist in maximizing the functioning of adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in New York City. You will oversee DSPs and Shift Supervisors, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and attend meetings with schools or day treatment programs to coordinate care.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OPWDD-related field, with 2 years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Ability to document records per program standards.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and attend team meetings.

• Assist in maximizing functioning of adults with disabilities and ensure quality services.
• Assign work and supervise DSPs; oversee Shift Supervisors.
