Job summary

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team on treatment plans, monitoring progress, attending meetings, and maintaining confidentiality while adapting to a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in OPWDD field with 2 years in supervision.
• Able to document records to program standards in writing.
• Flexible schedule to attend team meetings and support residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing functioning of adults with mental/physical disabilities.
• Assign and oversee DSPs and Shift Supervisors on their duties.
• Provide staff supervision and residence oversight with/without Residence Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment/behavioral plans.
• Ensure behavioral plan implementation and progress toward goals.
• Attend school/day treatment meetings and communicate with programs.
