Job summary

Recykal is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager Channel Sales to own the buyer side of the marketplace in a major city. You will build wholesale networks, onboard dealers and recyclers, and convert brand inventory into revenue through active bid participation and repeat purchases.

You will carry the territory as an individual contributor and scale the team as the city grows, managing primary and secondary sales with strong field travel and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

• 56+ years in field or channel sales in consumer electronics, electricals or white goods, on the DSO / AM / ASM / BSM track
• A live, working dealer, wholesaler and sub-dealer network in the city applied for
• Track record on primary and secondary sales, territory targets and channel expansion
• Strong local-language ability, readiness for heavy field travel, and working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Immediate joiners and short-notice candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Map the full buyer universe in your territory: wholesale markets, dealer and sub-dealer clusters, liquidators, refurbishers, recyclers and organised retail
• Prospect on ground and on phone; convert cold market visits into registered, verified buyers
• Run onboarding end to end GST and KYC documentation, platform training, first bid handholding
• Conduct dealer meets, market activations and category-wise buyer briefings • Maintain daily field discipline visits logged, buyer status updated, dormant accounts revived
