Mesh Connect is seeking our first Head of Card Product to own the end-to-end card program, including consumer experience, bank partnerships, networks, and compliance frameworks. You will drive the strategy to make crypto spendable at millions of merchants, across markets, with wallet integrations and edge-case management.

You will collaborate with regulators, banks, and wallet partners to ensure successful deployment, scaling, and governance of the program.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning a regulated financial product shipped through a bank partner or regulator.
• Proven compliance sign-off from a bank partner, network, or regulator across markets.
• Experience with consumer payments/fintech product outcomes (volume, activation, retention, P&L).
• Shipped device-level payment experiences or wallet integration considerations.

Aufgaben

• Own the card program end to end, including launch, growth, and economics.
• Earn the confidence of banks and networks; negotiate KYC, fraud, returns, and edge cases.
• Make paying with crypto feel effortless via provisioning, on-device confirmation, and state consistency.
• Win distribution through wallet partners and shape integrations for partner success.
• Decide which cards become at Mesh and explore new programs, networks, and geographies.
