Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Card Product Manager to own end-to-end development and launch of crypto card products across multiple markets. You will lead partner integrations, navigate regulatory landscapes, and ship high-quality card experiences with a globally distributed remote team.

The role requires 5+ years in card product management, a proactive, self-starter mindset, and strong stakeholder management across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of card product management experience; 0→1 launches in multiple markets a plus.
• Strong initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities; aims to build best‑in‑class crypto card product.
• Excellent async communication and documentation across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the card product roadmap across multiple markets with milestones and success metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark against fintech competitors.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration to meet OKRs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, BD, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Growth, and Marketing to deliver on time.
