Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Cards & Payments Operations to lead the organization’s card issuing, processing, and payment services.

The role directs end-to-end operations, vendor relationships, and risk controls across consumer, business, and commercial channels. The AVP will develop strategic plans, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory readiness while collaborating with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in banking or credit union operations.
• 5+ years managing Cards, Payments, or Payment Operations teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cards & Payments Operations and drive operational strategy.
• Ensure efficiency across all payment channels and establish service levels.
• Oversee vendor relationships for card production and fulfillment.
• Direct ACH, wire, card processing, settlements, and ATM operations.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and implement lean process improvements.
• Lead risk controls, business continuity, and regulatory readiness.
• Coach the team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
