Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field with extensive construction risk management experience.
• Leadership and risk governance capabilities with experience across large capital projects.
• Experience implementing risk management programs and tools across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the strategic risk management framework for the company’s capital project portfolio.
• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of project risk governance, assurance processes, internal controls, and mitigation strategies across major capital investments.
• Advise executive leadership on project risk exposure, emerging risks, opportunities, and portfolio-wide risk trends.
• Develop and direct the enterprise capital project risk management program, including strategies, governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure risks are proactively identified, evaluated, mitigated, monitored, and escalated.
• Lead portfolio-level risk assessments and quantitative risk analyses.
• Translate complex risks into actionable business insights and reporting.
