Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years leading engineering in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with multi-site capital projects and large budgets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to drive automation and manufacturing technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-site capital project strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead planning, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, and startup of capital projects.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance to prioritize investments.
• Standardize project engineering processes and best practices across sites.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, resources, and risk; report to executives.
