Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Director, Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics, to lead and scale an AI-enabled operations and analytics function across multiple care teams. Remote, USA.

You will define the department strategy, oversee licensing/credential management, and drive predictive models and dashboards to optimize capacity, staffing, and cost-to-serve at scale.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of leadership in healthcare operations, care delivery operations, workforce management, or analytics with a bachelor’s degree (or roughly 12+ with a master’s, 10+ with a PhD).
• Deep experience with capacity planning, workforce staffing operations, and care team analytics, with measurable cost and margin improvements.
• Experience leading AI-enabled or highly automated operations or analytics in healthcare, digital health, or related regulated domains.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including cost-of-revenue analysis and ROI tracking on investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics vision and roadmap.
• Define operating vision for the department as the operational brain and data engine for care teams.
• Translate strategies into a 1–3 year department plan covering capacity planning, staffing operations, licensing and credentialing, and analytics/AI enablement.
• Design and run the department operating system and governance rhythms.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics transformation and cross-team collaboration to improve capacity and decision making.
