Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey in Egg Harbor Township seeks an experienced Facility Director to lead all on-site operations, from cultivation to finished goods. You will supervise department leaders, drive compliance, and push for continuous improvement to meet production targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, plant science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in cannabis production or regulated industry.
• Experience with seed-to-sale tracking and production systems.
• Pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop all department managers and teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee cultivation, processing, packaging, inventory, and finish-goods operations ensuring compliance and quality.
• Manage labor and production schedules based on demand and capacity; optimize efficiency.
• Track KPIs (yield, throughput, waste, downtime, compliance) and adjust actions to reach targets.
