Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager – OBX to drive hard-product strategy for its fleet and onboard products in Atlanta. You will develop business cases, present to senior leaders, and guide cross-divisional teams from concept to completion.

The role requires proactive leadership, the ability to analyze customer data, and partnership with engineers, program managers, and frontline representatives to keep cabin interior projects on track. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Lead hard-product strategy and development initiatives for Delta’s diverse fleet.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and briefings for senior leaders.
• Partner with cross-divisional teams to manage cabin interior product projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead next generation product design initiatives from concept to completion.
• Develop and track product specifications for aircraft interiors (seats, lighting, IFE, etc.).
• Ensure programs stay on track and deliver on time through proactive leadership.
• Present updates and insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.
