Ally Financial is seeking a senior leader in data and analytics to advance Consumer Banking’s analytics capabilities from its Charlotte, NC hub. The role leads BI, data strategy, KPI management, and enterprise reporting while partnering with stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, govern data quality, and explore AI-enabled insights to streamline decisions and improve risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in BI, analytics, or data management.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Experience developing and governing KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical specs and testing scenarios.
• Strong communication and leadership for coaching teams.

• Lead BI and analytics initiatives supporting Consumer Banking goals.
• Own data strategy for the Fraud Data Plane and real-time data streaming.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate findings into recommendations.
