Ally Financial is seeking a Manager - Data Analytics to lead a team of developers and analysts responsible for delivering and maintaining applications supporting Ally’s operations. You will oversee SDLC tasks, design data interfaces, and ensure data quality across systems.

The role demands strong SQL, Python, and cloud data experience on AWS, with hands-on work in data warehousing, data modeling (Data Vault), and governance.

Formación

• 7+ years of data management and analytics experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms on AWS.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage contributors.
• Strong requirements gathering and design abilities.
• Experience with data governance and metadata practices.
• Insurance data domain knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor data technologies developers.
• Coordinate SDLC tasks to design and deliver data solutions.
• Analyze interfaces, files, databases and reports.
• Engage with clients and manage vendors for incidents.
• Design system interfaces and data models.
