This role emphasizes standardized workflows, proactive issue resolution, and leadership of managers to sustain growth and deliver exceptional client experiences in our integrated design-build model.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in residential construction, custom homebuilding, or integrated design-build operations.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction operations.
• Expertise in project scheduling, planning, and operational workflows.
• Financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, margins, and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, communicates, and continuously improves standardized project services processes across all projects.
• Oversees project schedule creation, maintenance, and performance to ensure realistic planning and execution.
• Develops scalable workflows that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.
• Fosters partnership with Design, Purchasing, Construction, and Client Experience for seamless handoffs and coordinated execution.
• Monitors leading indicators that influence profitability, schedule adherence, and performance.
