Blue Heron is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the disciplined execution of its integrated design-build process in Las Vegas. You will ensure contracts, client options, compliance documentation, and related purchasing records are complete, accurate, and aligned across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail; identify inconsistencies across complex documents.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and change documentation.
• Ability to interpret scope, pricing, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, track, and maintain subcontract agreements, amendments, exhibits, and related documents.
• Review contract packages for completeness and accuracy before execution.
• Coordinate contract execution across Purchasing, trade partners, consultants, vendors, Accounting, and leadership.
• Identify contractual inconsistencies or risks; escalate promptly to Purchasing or legal.
• Support in clarifying subcontractor scopes and resolving discrepancies.
