Job summary

Intelligence Careers seeks a high-caliber finance leader for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) open to the public. This GS-15 position focuses on budgeting, policy development, and performance improvement for the National Intelligence Program (NIP).

You will advise ODNI leadership, manage cross-cutting financial initiatives, and ensure compliant execution across IC components. The role requires expert budgeting knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of financial administration, budgeting, accounting, or auditing to innovate on large-scale ODNI-wide programs.
Expert ability to plan, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, and monitor budget/financial information.
Superior ability to advise ODNI leadership using financial analysis and resolve conflicting priorities.
Superior ability to manage financial aspects across the full lifecycle and policy enforcement.
Expert knowledge of the IC and its components, with ability to lead cross-functional teams on financial issues.
Expert experience building professional networks with management at all levels.
Expert representational, oral, and written communication skills.
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills; negotiate and build consensus.
Bachelor's Degree including 24 hours of Finance/Accounting or 12 years equivalent work experience.
