Job summary

Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) seeks a GS-14 level contracting professional to support the National Intelligence Program budget process. You will draft procurement papers, prepare senior-level briefings, and advise on contracting strategies across multiple partners and instruments.

The role requires extensive FAR knowledge, cost/ price analysis, and strong analytic and writing skills, with responsibility for complex contracting decisions and program support at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 24 semester hours in business/finance related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR principles, contracting methods and analysis.
• Ability to draft memoranda and policy papers on procurement.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior managers and executives.

• Provide sound contracting advice to program managers and officials.
