Job summary

Enstructure seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead its Mid-Atlantic terminals, warehouses, and related services. You will own performance, set plans, manage labor, equipment, and customer expectations, and drive safety and quality improvements across the network.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will partner with Vessel Ops, Maintenance, Sales, and Customer Service to balance resources, optimize throughput, and deliver reliable, cost-efficient service to major customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large operational teams in logistics.
• Strong strategic planning and resource management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute plans that improve safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational performance of the business segment.
• Lead Warehouse Senior Supervisors and operational leadership teams.
• Balance labor, equipment, and warehouse space to meet demand and costs.
• Develop plans to support growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure safe and efficient terminal operations.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
