Artis in downtown Austin is seeking a Brand Partner team lead to guide a group of 8–12 client-facing professionals. You’ll report to the Head of Client Partnerships and stay close to client work while scaling the team.

You’ll coach, set performance expectations, manage escalations, and shape the team’s structure as the organization grows. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client experiences and developing scalable playbooks and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success or related role, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience coaching, performance management and guiding client outcomes.
• Proven ability to retain clients and manage account health.
• Structured thinker with established team routines and playbooks.
• Able to coach from real client situations and maintain high standards.
• Experience with design-driven clients in architecture/creative services is a plus.

• Lead the Brand Partner team day to day and scale without sacrificing quality.
