Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of bids to help train our AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You should have 4+ years leading RFP responses and/orals presentations, with a track record of winning bids and producing executive summaries and decks.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations, pricing slides, and related decks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP responses, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides.
