Ethos is a remote-friendly opportunity for a Head of Bids to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on leading 4+ year proposals, delivering orals decks, and refining executive summaries and pricing slides.

The successful candidate will craft high-quality PowerPoint slides, manage bids, and ensure precise written communication across projects. Flexible 5-20 hours weekly, immediate start, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
