Job summary

LiveEO is seeking a hands-on leader to build and grow its US BDR team, driving outbound pipeline generation for North America. You will lead by example, manage targets, and coach a high-potential group to excel in a fast-growing satellite analytics SaaS environment.

You will own multichannel outbound, test new plays, and represent LiveEO at conferences, while collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and RevOps to scale the pipeline and support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B business development including team leadership (BDR/SDR)
• Proven success generating pipeline as an individual contributor and willingness to scale a team
• Experience selling to utility/critical-infrastructure sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a small team of BDRs to exceed pipeline targets
• Own your own multichannel outbound with prospecting into named strategic accounts
• Design and implement pipeline strategies for the North American market
• Own BDR tools, workflows, and integrations with RevOps/IT
