Job summary

SEE Talent Group Latino América- Headhunting is seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the U.S. market. The role is remote, hands-on, and focuses on building a sustainable pipeline of qualified buyers while managing a marketing agency relationship.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading end-to-end marketing for B2B SaaS or tech firms, with experience in SEO, paid media, and demand generation, plus strong executive communication in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end marketing programs in B2B.
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline of high-ACV deals.
• Experience selling to executives in U.S. tech companies (100–10,000+ employees).
• Strong SEO leadership across technical, on-page, off-page, and link building.
• Experience with external agencies and contractors and reviewing performance.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and data-driven funnel optimization.
• Excellent executive communication in English.
• Strategic thinker with a 3–5 year plan for growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead marketing strategy: channel mix, budget allocation, and quarterly priorities.
• Execute the plan with processes, tools, and support to improve results.
• Manage the relationship with the marketing agency and review its performance.
• Connect marketing to business outcomes: plan OKRs with leadership and track metrics.
• Shape messaging and positioning for U.S. buyers.
• Align priorities with Sales, CS, People, and RevOps; maintain HubSpot reporting.
• Use AI and workflow automation to improve marketing efficiency.
• Report progress and decisions to the Co-CEOs.
