Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years at the intersection of life sciences, technology and portfolio strategy in a Pharma/Biotech environment.
• Domain expertise: lab automation, AI/ML in R&D, automation tech and drug-discovery workflows.
• Leadership track record: directing Product/Program Managers and high-value partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year platform roadmap aligned with corporate scientific goals.
• Develop business cases and ROI to justify capital investments and time-to-value.
