Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience directing Product and Program Managers and managing external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year strategic platform roadmap aligned with pharma goals.
• Develop robust business cases to justify capital allocation.
• Evaluate build vs. buy and source externally when advantageous.
• Benchmark external autonomous-science developments to stay ahead.
• Lead external collaborations and co-development initiatives.
• Oversee change management and user adoption in scientific teams.
