This role requires deep experience leading large teams, strong financial acumen, and the ability to align commercial, operations, and technology to deliver measurable results in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in automotive logistics or related fields.
• Proven track record growing large OEM accounts and complex contracts.
• Strong financial, pricing, and P&L management skills.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with growth objectives and network capacity.
• Identify and secure opportunities with automotive manufacturers and strategic accounts.
• Lead multi-year negotiations and pricing strategies for high-value partnerships.
• Build executive relationships with supplier and customer leaders to drive retention and revenue.
