Job summary

Brose in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a senior leader to head the Electronics Customer Team and serve as the primary customer contact for projects and commercial activities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years in automotive with customer-facing, sales, or program management responsibilities.
• Strong experience in automotive electronics or mechatronics and customer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electronics Customer Team and be the primary contact for projects and commercial activities.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to secure new business and improve profitability.
• Lead quotations, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations while ensuring project profitability.
• Manage programs through full product lifecycle from acquisition to end of production.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to hit timing, cost, capacity, quality, and profitability targets.
