Job summary

Brose North America Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an experienced program manager to lead RFQ through SOP and ramp-up, owning timing, cost, quality, resources, and customer deliverables with OEM partners.

You will drive systems integration across mechanical, electronics, embedded software, and sensors, and oversee APQP/PPAP, DFMEA, and manufacturing readiness to achieve launch milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Systems/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years automotive experience in US market preferred; 5+ years in Program Management.
• Experience with OEM relationships and global launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive programs from RFQ through SOP and ramp-up.
• Serve as primary contact for OEMs; lead reviews and executive status meetings.
• Demonstrate cross-functional leadership across global and regional teams.
• Guide systems integration of mechanical, electronics, embedded software and sensors.
