Job summary

Brose North America Inc. is seeking a senior customer-focused leader for the Electronics Business.

You will head the Electronics Customer Team, nurture key relationships, and drive revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction across projects from quotation to end of production. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to meet targets, communicate complex electronic products, and identify growth opportunities in the automotive electronics space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of automotive industry experience with customer-facing, sales, program management, or engineering roles.
• Experience with automotive electronics, electrical systems, or mechatronics preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executives and teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage programs through lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electronics Customer Team and be the primary customer contact for all projects, products, and commercial activities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to secure new business and meet profitability targets.
• Lead customer acquisition activities including quotations, pricing, negotiations, and commercial decisions.
• Manage customer programs from acquisition and development through launch, production, and end of production.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other Brose functions.
• Communicate technical product information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities in automotive electronics.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term customer plans with growth and countermeasures.
