Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Manager of Attack Readiness Insights to lead the design, implementation and ongoing operation of unified security posture dashboards and scorecards. You will translate requirements into concrete visualizations, ensure data quality and drive measurable user outcomes for executive and security teams.

The role requires five years of experience in BI and security analytics, plus strong leadership and collaboration with Data Engineering.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years related work experience.
Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or security posture reporting.
Experience with enterprise design systems and data storytelling for executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of security metrics, scorecards, visualizations and dashboards.
Apply UI/UX best practices to create clear navigation and meaningful drill paths.
Define dashboard specifications, acceptance criteria and traceable delivery plans for the team.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data lineage and quality support reporting outcomes.
Own dashboard availability, testing, monitoring and post-release support.
