Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Analyst for Attack Readiness Insights to transform security, risk, and operational data into actionable reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visuals for executives and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business teams to translate needs into analytical solutions, develop standardized dashboards, ensure data quality, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, or related field.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using enterprise tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, or risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and key decisions requiring data-driven insights.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into analytical approaches, reporting solutions, and actionable recommendations.
• Support reporting projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Present results, trends, risks, and opportunities through dashboards, visuals, and summaries tailored to diverse audiences.
