Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Analyst for the Attack Readiness Insights team to transform security, risk, and operational data into actionable dashboards and reports for executives and technical audiences.

The role partners with cybersecurity, risk, and engineering teams to deliver trusted insights, develop visualization components, ensure data quality, and support informed decision‑making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, data visualization, BI, or related field.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using enterprise tools.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, risk management, or technical control reporting.
• Experience with SQL, cloud data platforms, APIs, semantic models, data governance.
• Experience creating executive-facing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, objectives, and key decisions requiring data-driven insights.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into analytical approaches, reporting solutions, dashboard enhancements, and actionable recommendations.
• Support reporting projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Present reporting results, trends, risks, and opportunities through dashboards, visualizations, written summaries, and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
